Ward Saathoff has been in construction for 22 years. In those 22 years, he has performed the duties of estimator, project manager, consultant, superintendent, vice president and 50% share holder of Tidewater Contracting, LLC. During those 20 years, he participated in projects including the estimation of government projects ranging from $1million to $15 million, consultant work that included completion of default projects for bonding companies, and coordination of designing, engineering, and procuring of projects in Texas, Louisiana, Alaska, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.

Jim Thompson has been in the construction business for 33 years. Throughout these years he has served as carpenter, foreman, superintendent, estimator, quality control officer, vice president, assistant manager of estimation and technical support, project manager, general manager of construction, and president and 50% shareholder of Tidewater Contracting, LLC. During those 33 years, he participated in projects as diverse as director of field operations for government contracts, estimator of projects from $1 million to $18 million in value, coordinator of material suppliers and subcontractors for high-end interior finish projects in south Florida, complete oversight of projects for 10 framing crews on various agricultural structures, and management over various projects in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, and Texas.

Both owners have qualified in Critical Awareness Training for Data center Critical Environments for Trammell Crow/Bank of America.
